Personal Training

This is private, one-on-one training.


Group Training

Semi-private, one trainer working with 2-4 members

 

Trainer has 10 years of experience working with mobility, weight loss, muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, injuries, pregnancy, and post pregnancy. You can schedule one on one sessions for a personalized fitness plan just for you. Or you can train with a friend. She’s also TRX certified is an amazing tool to add to your fitness schedule a session today. Also a personal training session should be 30 minutes
